Baking and Culinary Arts

What We Do

The folding of a croissant, the latticework of a pie—your hands will transform sugar, butter, and flour into awe-inspiring creations in Baking Arts. From sourcing ingredients to artistically presenting them on a plate, Culinary Arts will teach you classical recipes, methods, and techniques, as well as new trends in food preparation. In the lecture, labs, and through production for catering and events students will learn foundational principles, methods/preparations, plus customer service skills, culinary math, and workplace skills. As you get an overview of different parts of the hospitality industry, you’ll learn about their distinguishing characteristics and trends. Graduate on track for success!
