Building Trades

What We Do

Building Trades prepares students for careers in general construction. The projects students participate in are informed by the community needs as well as industrial trends and needs. Students in Building Trades learn the principles and skills of general carpentry by constructing a five piece modular home and other various projects.

Successful students in this program have these academic opportunities available to them.

•  Associated General Contractors Carpentry Certification (AGC-C)
•  Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) 10 hour certification
